Coming from a Acura ecosystem I had a lot of uncertainty at first; but once convinced that a Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness was what I needed for my personal projects, I went for it... Had a confirmed appointment for a simple oil change. Service on my car did not begin until I had already waited for 90 minutes. BECAUSE they took walk ins ahead of the confirmed appointments. The supervison in the Service Dept was rude, and did not apologize for the very long delay. I finally got out of there longer than 2 hours.
