Eric took very good care of me. Actually the whole staff encounter was excellent. Eric also took the time to explain a lot of cool features that I would never have been aware of. My only complaint was the low trade in offer. I was offered around half of Kelly Blue Book and ended up selling to Car Max the same day. Other than that, 5 stars all the way.

Just a deluxe oil change. Took slightly longer than promised but no big deal. Really impressed that they did not find huge list of things to be repaired. Other dealerships are notorious for this. Overall very pleased.

Service Department does not communicate. Car was in shop 6 days prior to call with costs. Charged to diagnose issue but not told there would be a charge. Awful experience
