Pleased with expediency and service. Although, I am sorry to see that Alpine Nissan has eliminated the car service, which will make it a little more difficult for me to have the option to just drop off my vehicle and get a ride home, without having to wait until my vehicle is finished.
I made an appointment for a tire rotation and replacement cabin filter. I showed up on time and was told this would take around 45 minutes so I waited in the waiting room. After over an hour and a half with zero communication, even though I tried texting from the waiting room. I figured I was forgotten about and went to find my advisor in the garage. It turns out my car had been ready for I don’t know for how long but my advisor got busy with another customer and a phone call. Normally I get very good service at this dealer and this was the first time I felt forgotten about. When I first came in my advisor also told me that my tire pressure was low and all four tires and he would have the technicians fill it to the proper inflation, but this was never done.
We came to Alpine looking for a vehicle capable of towing 8000+ lbs. We were looking at several different cars at different dealerships. Since we hadn’t decided on a vehicle, we came in several times. Joe and Qua were extremely helpful to us each time we came in. They worked hard to find us an Armada in the color and trim level we wanted. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one in Colorado but they found one in another state and had it shipped to the store. We completed all the paperwork prior to its arrival so when it came, all we had to do was pick it up! The rubber mats didn’t arrive with the car but Joe actually came to our house over the weekend to drop them off when they arrived! We were very happy with our experience at Alpine and are enjoying our new Armada!!
Great service and communication through out the whole process. Would definitely come back here again.
Brought my newly purchased Ariya to Alpine for a charger issue and routine inspection. I expected I would just be given a new charger. Alpine technicians did a thorough job of diagnosis and checkout of the replacement charger. Thanks for doing it right and covered by warranty!
JOE WAS EXCELLENT. THE WHOLE STAFF WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH. I WILL SEND EVERYONE HERE. PLEASE GIVE THEM AT ALPINE NISSAN OF DENVER A CHANCE GREAT SERVICE.
