What Others Say

This is my 5th new Mazda and by far, the easiest, smoothest buying experience of them all!

I’ve been a Mazda customer for 16 years and always have very good customer service.

The showroom was very nice the sales manager was outstanding he was excellent helped make the deal possible

Everyone was very accommodating. Super helpful showed me all the features on the cars. Was very patient and showed me several pricing options of different models that I was interested in 10 out of experienced.

Ariana was extremely professional . Thank your for everthing. I am not sure what else to say

I took a 2020 model in for a routine transmission fluid change. I had to argue with the service manager that despite Mazda saying their transmission oil is lifetime rated. Anyone who knows vehicles and maintenance knows this isn't true. When he agreed to do the work, I specifically requested that the fluid and filter would be changed. When I took the vehicle in, the technician again argued that it is a lifetime oil. I again reiterated that I want the fluid and filter changed. The intake process and inspection was thorough. Facilities were clean. However, the car was ready within an hour. When I looked at the bill, no filter was listed and there was one less quart of fluid used than the last time I had this service performed at an independent shop I trusted. In addition, it should take close to an hour for the gasket sealant to cure before the engine should be started and the transmission used. In short, I believe they never dropped the oil pan and changed the filter -- something I had specifically requested and was written on the shop order. I gladly would have paid the price to have the work done completely and as requested. I will no longer trust Burdick Mazda to service my car because I don't know if they'll use the parts required to do the job properly nor to actually follow the repair procedures.
