Waiting for days for the simple fixes. I realize this service department is overburdened by the 80 or so vehicles that come in daily so I kind of understand but when its a simple battery and a little troubleshooting it shouldn't take 3 days. I have a friend that traded his truck in for a Chevy because they said it would take 3 weeks just to get seen for transmission warranty and he had to leave the truck there instead of just calling him when the parts came in. The service department does a great job on fixing the vehicles but it seems overburdened by the amount of services being done.

I am always impressed with the excellent service I get when I bring my jeep in for an oil change.

The experience was great however, the worked performed did not resolve the issues. The issue appears deeper than replacing a board. To me it has to do with the wiring harness.
