Great way to buy a car.....we are very happy with our purchase! No haggling and a simple process. The car was detailed nicely and the salespeople were friendly, "no pressure". Going forward, it would be beneficial if they had an employee that specialized in electric cars as there is a learning curve here. We ended up taking our car to Tesla so that they could explain a lot to us. I would definitely recommend CarMax to others as the experience was great!

Jeremy Bradley was amazing. He was super friendly and easy to work with and very honest. The financing and rest of the crew is very questionable. They told us things like payoffs would come over right away, the financing % changed a lot throughout the process.The standard of the inspection they had on my vehicle was pretty low. The tires were bald, but the inspection said they were up to Carmax standards. The inside was pretty dirty yet up to Carmax standards. The outside was filthy and scratched up. All they needed to do was wipe a simple trim, restore you can get at Walmart or any store on the plastic. Everyone but Jeremy, talked in circles and made stuff up. I didn’t expect the old school shady car dealer tactics from carmax. Disappointing. I would however buy a car from Jeremy again.
