Very hard to connect to the sales agent ,in short we cannot call but they can call us anytime in their own convenience.,Email no response. Please before to check out the car informed your client the important parts like aircon, heater, radio, ,trunk to open, , the gas part how to.open.
The service dept. is not great. My car was there for 3 days. Nobody called me to provide status of my car. I called multiple times and got the answering service who said they are leaving notes in my file but the service dept. never checked the notes. I had to go there in person twice to get an update on my car, both times just to be told my car still hadn’t been looked at. I ended up getting a loner car from service and the car reeked of cigarettes. After my car was there for 3 days they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car and there clearly is an issue. Not looking forward to dealing with the service dept. again.
Clean, spacious, and well organized overall layout of the service center. Our purchasing rep was efficient and knowledgeable. She explained the process, documents, costs, and purchasing options clearly. My only complaint is the additional 45-minute long wait that we had for our 2:30 appointment time, which we showed up on time for. It was Saturday afternoon, which is likely the busiest period of the week. However, it would have been a better experience if our wait for a service rep would have taken less time. To our sales rep's credit, she provided us with a free tank of gas as an apology for our earlier wait.
The 1st vehicle was crab the 2nd vehicle was also crab Butt the 3rd was the charm 👌.
Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and helpful but in the end it was the effort of one individual that kept things on track. Otherwise I probably would not have bought the car.
CarMax makes car buying simple and easy. I have an interesting experience and do like their model of operation.
