Amazing people… Tim the floor Manager, YD, Ray from Service, Liam from Service… incredible people. Nothing is perfect these days and Carmax eventually makes it perfect. Might have a few hiccups until we get to perfection but they try… that’s why since 1998, I have been buying cars from car max, only 2 of my cars were purchased from the shark dealerships just because car max didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for…I have referred friends and family to car max because of the quality and assurance, in one year alone I have purchased 6 cars from carmax, 2 of my own and the other 4 were friends and family that I took personally to carmax to make a purchase. I will continue to purchase cars from carmax as long as I live because of what the staff from Corpus have continued to do… as the staff from Arlington TX did, Pompano beach Fl did, as the staff from Gainesville Fl did, as the staff from Warner Robins GA did… Carmax’s has been a great experience for me… and I’m pretty sure the tradition will continue… my sons and daughters will continue buying from Carmax as we eventually move to Alabama we shall continue buying cars from Carmax

I have a problem with one windshield wiper arm that happened within their 30 day warranty period. I called in and they are going to take care of me quickly! Everything about CarMax is glowing like a great business should be!

I drove two vehicles but got the one that had less than 13,000 miles on it. The employee was top notch, very professional young lady.
