Took my 2013 Fiat 500 Sport there for a .computer problem causing a battery drain. 1600.00 later still a battery drain and recommendation for another computer swap but no guarantee that would fix the problem. I can't afford any more guesses for that kind of money, but understood they were doing their best. When I got in the car I noticed the seat back was going up all the way, and it was like I was driving in a recliner. I got home and discovered it was only catching in that position. I called the service department and told her what had happened. She said she would talk to the mechanic and call me right back. That was about three weeks ago. I don't know what happened to that seat, but a call back and explanation should have occured. Especially since I've had that car I've spent almost 4000.00 in repairs.
I visited Hanley Subaru in Bedford. Curtis handled my problem and gave me some extra pointers. The Ganley Service Team is great! They advise you about the problem, are honest about what should be done, and do the work well. I have always felt that they put the customer first!
I was greeted immediately upon arrival—no waiting. Car was clean and sanitized when picked up. Pleasant communication.
Staff is very courteous, appointments are easy to setup..any service that has been done to the vehicle came with personal call/text in details to repair/service that is being performed.. very efficient and handled in a timely manner ... Alexus in the service department ROCKS!!!!
They were great! Highly efficient check-in & check-out. Wonderful customer service. Curtis took care of my service visit and he was very nice, polite and was genuine in his eagerness to make sure my car was taken care of. It seemed to me that everyone was happy to be there doing their jobs, which is rare these days. AND doing their jobs well.
The service was thorough and efficient. I was very pleased with the whole experience and satisfied.
