This dealership completely ignores the pre-qualified terms listed on the cars.com website. They use the pre-qualified terms to lure you to the dealership to then demand a totally different price and down payment. Which is false advertising at the least, and dishonest behavior at the most. Cars.com should not attach your name or list cars or dealers that do not represent you in an honest manner. You allow them to tarnish your reputation that in turn prevents repeat business. If the dealership's you are listing dishonest so are you.
Update May 2022: After 3 months of being unresponsive, I filed a claim with the dealers surety bond holder. The dealer finally provided paperwork that confirmed his fraudulent representation of the vehicle. The engine he repeatedly said was "new" had been salvaged from a 2013 CX-9 and had over 180,000 miles on it. Absolutely unreal. If you do any business with Myro: BUYER BEWARE. Have any vehicle thoroughly inspected, insist every promise he makes be documented. Do not trust any verbal statements, no matter how smooth or genuine they may seem. This man has shown me that he has absolutely zero integrity when it comes to money. --------------------------------- Was told multiple times throughout the sales process that my 2014 Mazda CX-9 had a new engine and transmission. It was the primary reason I decided to purchase the vehicle. Was also told because of this to bring it in should any issues occur as he stood behind the quality of his vehicles. This was not my experience. Engine catastrophically failed within 10 weeks. When I asked about the warranty coverage for the "new engine and transmission" that he claimed he had installed, I was nervously told it had expired a long time ago. This made no sense I had only had the vehicle for 10 weeks. I requested associated receipts for purchase and installation of the new engine and transmission multiple times. Dealer has not acknowledged or responded to any requests. Based on a other reviews, it sounds like this a common experience. Until they are provided, I can only assume the condition of the vehicle was fraudulently misrepresented in order to get the sale. This is illegal, and I have therefore provided a demand letter to the dealer, to which he has yet to respond.
