Absolutely fantastic car buying experience. Incredibly friendly, relaxed and low pressure, and the negotiation was a breeze and totally reasonable...in other words, completely chill - something I wouldn't ever associate with a car dealership. Once we settled on a deal, I was out the door 15 minutes later. And somehow, despite how quick the whole process was, every step was explained thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I was given the option to buy a warranty, but this was presented exactly as it should have been: as an option that may or may not pay off. I don't understand how other dealerships can't follow this model...greed I suppose. I would go out of my way to buy from them again.
