2012 Ford Escape I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from this dealership in July. It performed well on the test drive. Took it home and ran it through a carwash. Water pours through the sunroof! Not a big deal we were able to clean out the tracks and fix that. The bigger issue was the windshield not having a seal. We figured this out when it was taken on the highway the first time. $300 to fix that. A few days later, it doesn't start. $125 for a new battery! Now it is making a clicking noise when we try to start it. This "affordable" vehicle is quickly becoming a money pit.

Reached out twice and no response. Vehicle was still listed as available from cars.com and the dealership website. The vehicle has since sold however, a response to my email or even the phone calls would've been nice.

I have not received any type of response to my inquiry. No email. No phone call. No follow up whatsoever.

Very friendly and personable, willing to negotiate a price and make any necessary repairs if needed Have purchased two cars from them for two different people. Will definitely go back to them when another car is needed!
