AWFUL experience! Had made an appointment two weeks in advance for 10:00am on a Friday. I had called back to confirm days before and ask how long the appointment would last. I was told 1 hour. Well, I arrived 5 minutes early, my vehicle was taking inside and sat for almost 30 minutes. I kept walking over to the window to see if anyone was attending to it. Nope! At 1 hour 10 minutes I asked the service advisor Daniel Cole how much longer and was told the oul change take 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours???? I told him what I was told on the phone and he could care less. Finally got my car 1 hour 40 minutes and paid the bill and left. After reviewing the bill I noticed it stated fluid top off, courtesy car wash, tire rotation. None of these items had been completed! This is fraudulent to list in writing that you performed services and actually didn't! I sent an email to Daniel the day after and after I complained to someone from the home home office he called. I reviewed my concerns with him. He made excuses that the car wash wasnt installed? They overlooked the fluids?? And the tires were confirmed to have been rotated. We'll the air pressure in all 4 tires was the same as when I took it. One was 2 pounds lower and still on the same side of the car as when I took it there! But it was confirmed to have been done! Horrible dealership! Beware

Spent 3 hours there — signed a paper with the salesperson for the quoted price — then the manager rejected it. Could have said no right away. Complete waste of time
