What Others Say

Daytona Infinity does not care about its customers/clients. I scheduled a "required recall & maintenance" issue approximately two months ago and based on a notice by Infinity and a call by this dealership. I arrived this morning to have work completed (drove 30 minutes to get there by 0830), only to be told that they were no longer doing the recall work. I realize things change, but when they do, and you (Daytona Infinity) don't have enough thought about your client's time or effort to call them and let them know that the appointment is canceled, you are a FAILURE! You have lost a customer, and I will go out of my way to tell anyone who will listen not to do business with this dealership. I'm embarrassed that I actually bought a car from you and routinely came to you for maintenance.

I have very good experience with the With the sales reps Jordan He was very professional and very intelligible. And me and make it easier to make a deal

The worst service in the world they tell you they're going to do something and once you give them that money sign those papers they didn't care

THEY ARE DISHONEST AND GREEDY!! They will price the vehicle and make excuses to change the price. They told me they needed to add a transport fee from one state to the other. After the salesman told me the person that traded the car was bringing in.

Absolute crooks. They lied to my face about everything from having replaced the steering wheel with a new one to selling me a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty on a pre-certified QX80 that ended up being powertrain only. I was told the vehicle was pre-certified, which btw you can't verify with corporate. I How you pre-certify a vehicle and sell it with shredded wiper blades? All car salesmen are the lowest form of humans, but this place proved it for me. Avoid buying a pre-certified or any used vehicle from them.

Alex Argiros was helpful and worked with me to find a deal. Overall a good experience.
