They were clear with what needed to be done, and gave me a reasonable estimate on how long it would take.
They kept my vehicle for almost a month before that before it ever got fixed
Love the truck and process was easy. Truck has an open engine recall that I have to return to dealer for service. Don't understand why this wasn't handled before it was offered for sale
