When customer service is so bad that the representative cusses out the customer and management won't respond to emails, I'll let the world know. I had an appointment scheduled. I showed up 15 minutes early. At closing time, the cashier inquired about why I was in the waiting room. I informed her I had an appointment for an oil change almost 2 hours ago. She went to check. The service rep approached me a few minutes later to tell me they could not complete my service because the people WENT HOME. I would have to come back. Each time I have gone to get service, with an appointment, I have had to wait several hours. I told Chase that I was sick of this type of treatment and went to leave but couldn't locate my car. Chase followed me to the bay explaining how it wasn't his fault (even though he is the one I checked in with and is the service representative). Yes, I was angry. Chase proceeded to curse at me, tell me to leave even though my car was nowhere to found, and that I was not welcome back. All this for HIS failure. I have sent emails to Chris Crain Service Manager, General Manager, and Customer Relations Manager and 5 days later, I still have not gotten a response. I did however, get a text asking me to reschedule the service I missed. It seems someone tampered with the check in data.

I should have checked reviews before driving 1.5 hours to this dealer. They did not honor prices from their website and employed used car salesman tactics to try and pressure me into buying. Bait and switch. I ended up buying from N Little Rock who honored Conway pricing. Save yourself some grief and avoid this dealership.

Sold my dad and I a used 2021 Buick Encore GX, 60k miles on it for $17,000 in May of 2025. Started acting up a week later but I was too busy to get it looked at and honestly afraid of what I would find out after spending so much on it. Finally got it looked at in August of 2025 and found out the transmission was bad when they sold it to me!! Had to get a whole new one for 8k and now they will not answer their emails, calls or voicemails. Pretty sure that's what a large portion of their job is, to answer calls and complaints. They are just glorified scammers at this point, as other reviews have also proven. Reported to BBB. Total misrepresentation of the vehicle and condition.

The dealership is the worst. They sold us a lemon, replaced the transmission, then a motor twice, they now have the car sitting at the dealership needing another motor I think they put a junkyard motor in and charged us 8200.00 to do it. They want to charge us more money, still owe 20,000.00 on this lemon and the 8200.00 to fix it. It may be time to call 7 on your side and expose them!!!!!!!

Worst car experience I've ever had. Very misleading company. Service department should be brought up on charges Just an all around horrible place to do piece to do business with? Don't take it. From me, look over some of the reviews and the majority of them are truly saying the same things, but nothing is ever really done to rectify the problems. Once they have your money and your name on a Signed contract buyer beware. And the crain commitment is not to the customer's advantage. Just a very bad experience and nobody has ever really reach out to lend a hand or to try to help been without my car 4 month I don't know which is worse, the deception.Or the disrespect. But since no one has tried to rectify this.I guess this is the norm for the company This review might cost Me But it can't be any worse than the situations And entanglement that i'm in with them now.
