Jovan was absolutely amazing to work with. I brought my car in with some issues that I needed fixed and he was so polite and explained everything in a way I could understand. He kept in contact with me through the entire repair process and was so reassuring. As a single mom with only one mode of transportation I was worried about not having my vehicle while it was being repaired and he even got me a loaner to take the stress off my shoulders. During the process of repair I was given a video from the service tech explaining everything they were doing and what they found which helped me clearly understand and gave me such peace of mind. The technician who worked on my car treated my vehicle with such care and the shop was so clean! I will definitely be coming back to Genesis of Golden for all my oil changes and vehicle needs here out! I recommend anyone who has been through a bad experience at a dealership prior to call here!
