The dealership was very busy. However, my Salesperson Tee was fabulous. She kept me informed on what was going on the entire time. she was also very personable. Everyone was very nice. They have great vehicles and prices. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!
Gotta say best dealership I’ve been to in a while and let me just say amber is your girl!! She worked her magic and got me into a beautiful 2025 Kia k4 I’m absolutely in love with it. Highly recommend 10/10 starts
This was a really beautiful place. I came in with a hope and a dream and they turned it into a reality. The place was nice and clean with beautiful portraits and furnishings. They have a good category of vehicles. They made sure to clean the vehicle and helped me with a ride to return the rental I arrived in. Oscar was great, patient, and offered great insight. Felt like he was right there with me throughout the process with guidance, direction, support, and hospitality. It was a long process. However, I’m truly satisfied with the outcome! Thanks!
I went to Echo Park last week for a test drive and ended up buying a car the same day. That should already tell you that I had a great experience just off of that. The whole time I was working with Amber Young, who definitely made the process very simple yet thorough. I recently turned 18 so this is my first ever car so to have someone who is so understanding but also willing to break everything down to me. I really appreciate it. Amber also made sure that me and my family were very comfortable and understood all the pros and cons of my vehicle. Amber also went out of her way to tell me the story of her own family purchasing their first car and herself. It was very nice and honestly truly appreciated because I felt like she was talking to me, not just from an educational standpoint, but from a friendly standpoint as well. If I ever decide to trade in my car or get a new one, I will definitely be returning back to Echo Park and asking for Amber.

Had a great experience with EchoPark Duluth. I came prepared with an idea in mind for the value of my trade and a rough idea of the Out-the-Door price, and EchoPark was easy to deal with on both fronts. Our salesperson, Eli was straightforward with us and wasn’t particularly pushy on the optional parts of the sale. It made us feel like we weren’t getting dragged along. I would definitely recommend going early in the day. By the time we left the dealership, it was slammed with customers.
