What Others Say

Dylan Chism made this a really good buying experience. We worked a deal out over the phone and I was on the road in my new vechicle in less than a hour.

Worst experience ever buying a car. Michael Vickers claimed to be in sales 7 years yet didn't understand I wanted to purchase a RR (not certified pre-owned) very simply & easily for $61K. Michael did not understand I had my own financing. Well, dealerships get paid on the interest rate difference from what they quote you and what the rate and I knew that. I asked for him to hold the car until Friday so I could get there to test drive, deliver my cashiers check & drive home with the car (I live in Memphis). He didn't seem to understand what I needed. He asked me for my proof of insurance and DL (didn't need), he sent me an invoice with 2 prices on them: $61,895 (not $61,000) and some $129 handling fee. I questioned the used car manager, Joey Gregory, who told me the $895 was for a gloss coating to be put on the car. Right. I didn't ask for it and didn't want it. He argued I needed it. I said no. He said I needed an extended car warranty. I explained I did not, that I was only keeping the car for 18 months until my new one was ready. Again, argues with me. I told him I gave Michael my AMEX to charge a hold, he said they don't hold cars. I said, then why does Michael have my AMEX info? After Joey is irritated that I am upset over an all day situation (called at 10am and by 3pm I still didn't have what I needed), he then apologizes and says he's talking to Michael because he "screwed this deal all up". Then I asked him for a sales order to send to my credit union, he texts me one without the dealership info on it. Then writes my sales tax on the order in pen, then misspells my name after Michael put my cell phone number in the system incorrectly. This place is a nut show. I'm not sure how they stay in business. I ended up going to the Nashville Land Rover site, found a $124K Certified pre-owned RR & put a deposit down, got my sales order & am ready to see it Friday - all in 26 minutes. Oh, and he's putting a SOLD sign on it after getting it ready for me to drive it back to Memphis. Go THERE, ask for Brew Atherton - he's the real deal.

Services was completed and service team was great, Kellie, Don and Marion. Definitely appreciated the professionalism that was shown to me.

Great customer service from the Service Department. They repaired my car in the time they told me they would. They checked on my a number of times to make sure I was comfortable and did not need anything. Very Pleased.
