I called on a Monday morning to inquire about a vehicle we saw. They told me they would have it ready for us to look at and test drive after work. When we arrived they delivered on their word. They gave us space to test drive and look over the vehicle. There was no pressure, no snakey sales man slithering around us. The finance application was seamless. They provided us with a loaner vehicle since we traded ours in and the vehicle we were purchasing wasn’t detailed and fully ready yet. There was open communication the ENTIRE time. They went above and beyond to help us with a financial matter from their other dealership. This issue had absolutely NOTHING to do with them but the exceptional customer service they have, they stepped up and helped us anyway. There were no surprise costs, no surprise additions to our sale. Communication was open the entire time and the sales manager took his time to answer our questions.
