What Others Say

This dealership has zero integrity—avoid them at all costs. They rushed my girlfriend, a first-time buyer, through the purchase process just to unload a car with serious engine problems. When the issues became obvious, the owner tried to gaslight her, claiming she declined a "warranty" that was never even offered. The car broke down less than 10 miles after leaving the lot and hasn’t been reliably drivable since. What was supposed to be a dependable vehicle has instead cost us thousands more than the original purchase price, lost time at work, and hundreds of hours of our and our families’ time. When we confronted them, they refused to take responsibility and gave us nothing but excuses and the runaround. Their idea of a solution? Having us pay hundreds of dollars in towing fees to take the car two hours away to some shop they “work with”—which turned out to be a Meineke, not even a specialist for Jaguars. And to top it off, they expected us to cover the repair costs anyway. This place preys on trusting buyers with shady, unethical business practices. If you value your time, money, and sanity, take your business somewhere reputable. The salesman mentioned his father ran a body shop—if this is the kind of business he learned from him, I feel sorry for anyone who’s ever been a customer there, too.

Not Recommended!!!! Dan in finance wrote us up. We signed papers. He called me 2 days later after the truck was in my possession asked for $200 more monthly than they promised. I have a 680 Fico. What?? On principal, i brought the truck back to them and asked for the $50 in gas i put in the tank. Craig Heyer gave me a BS excuse and would not reimburse me. Unprofessional, fine. But take my money?? A lawsuit should be in order.

I live in a different state and found the vehicle online. Definitely a better deal than I could get in my town, but this has been an absolute nightmare. First they didn't give me notice of when the vehicle would show up so that I could take time off work to be there. Then they didn't send a moving permit when there should have been a 30 day moving permit so that I could get my vehicle registered, blaming the DMV in my state for why they couldn't do that. Then they called me and said that the DMV in my state wouldn't work with them so the money that held from my loan was going to come to me. So 4 months later they call and say that the titling didn't happen and I needed to go have it titled. So I had back to the DMV with the paperwork three sent me. DMV says not the right paperwork. So I call them to ask for the correct paperwork and they tell me they sent it to the DMV that they claimed wouldn't work with them and they also have no idea why they would have sent the paperwork to them when they sent me the check. Then they call back again and said they sent it to the DMV in the states Capitol, so I need to go to this town that I don't live in to ask if they have my paperwork. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE THIS WAY AGAIN. They were great until the purchase, after that they stopped caring, and the only reason they care now is because my loan provider is asking them where the paperwork they are responsible for providibg is. If you're brave enough to purchase from them, go pick up the vehicle yourself. They are either to lazy or stupid to do their jobs correctly is you are an out of state buyer.

After seeing the vehicle online I contacted salesman Andy Espinda he helped me with the process of purchasing, we went on a test drive and he awnsered my questions promptly I am satisfied with the experience I recommend this dealership

Daniel was great to work with. He was very nice & knowledgeable about the products I wanted to look at. I would recommend him.

I liked that we were able to walk around and test drive without the pressure of being followed. We were able to talk and think freely.
