Everything was great until the 2025 Palisade I purchased on April 14 alerted me of a Shifter system malfunction and I should service immediately! I went to the dealership with a picture of the alert. They offered no acceptable answer as to the error. I should drive around until the error notice repeated and drive it to the dealer. Now I am uneasy about driving the vehicle. Karen Jarvis was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the problem.

Sam is the best! I was nervous buying my first new auto in 20 years and he helped me find the perfect fit and answering my 50 billion questions. Charles in finance was very patient with me and the service department is very friendly and helpful. And I love my truck! Highly recommend!
After speaking to the General Manager the issues were resolved. I appreciate him taking the matters seriously and into his own hands.
Your salesman Sam Dominguez has been super helpful to me -- I've seen him about five times and he's always eager to help and patient with me when I maybe don't understand what he's talking about with a particular car issue.
