Very helpful in repairing my 2012 Fisker Karma. Ultimately the vehicle needed to be sent to their “sister” dealership in Naples.
Buying experience was not bad my sales rep was excellent. After I purchased the vehicle is where I had the issue. The paperwork was not right, when I informed them of this they kept giving me the runaround about how someone would be in touch with me however, I have yet to hear from them. I informed them of issues I was having with the Truck a couple of days later all I was told was I purchased the warranty that I should be good however the truck also comes with a 30 day warranty through them which obviously means nothing.
A Fantastic Experience @ Jacobs Motors! Excellent service from the time we arrived at this wonderful dealership! The Jeep was out front with the American Flag in the window . Just the way it started …with a lady with all the keys checking all the vehicles in the lot. She greeted me in the lot as she was about to shut the truck up she was very polite. She asked how and who she could help us get in touch with today? I was looking at my future truck & that bikini blue was exactly what I have been looking for, for years. She put us with Tai G over the phone, ( as Tai was off that day) who we had emailed earlier. Tai contacted Sarah B- Sales Mgr.She also was very polite and put us with Brian C. In sales who was respectful and understanding of our wishes to purchase that day. He took us on a test run & explained all the features of the 2024 Jeep Wrangler. So many positive things I have to say about the teamwork of the General Sales Managers Vince R.’s . He really made us feel “ like family” at Jacobs Motors. Vince & Brian really understood that we wanted to leave that day driving away in my new Jeep. The team worked on having all our expectations came true that day. The really Big Perc s is also Jacobs VIP Benefits package!! I highly recommend getting this for other future customers!! My wonderful husband did the groundwork on prequalifying us with our bank for my future Jeep Wrangler. As trading in a vehicle that I have had for many , many years was a difficult decision.I truly loved her and never expected to trade her in, but it was my decision. I was very pleased with the no pressure, positive attitudes of Jacobs Motors employees though ! Vince,Brian, Sarah, Tai, you all made dreams come true with my new Jeep Wrangler! Prices are fair and people are very courteous. It was worth the trip from Sarasota.
Overall, good experience. Most cars in excellent shape. You could tell that they spent a lot of money building out this facility. It just opened in Feb 2024 so everything was new. Our salesperson Brian Treder was outstanding. He was no pressure and helpful in everything we asked of him. Just know upfront that you will be paying the following mandatory fees: - $998 Pre-delivery service fee - $499 Lojack - $499 Paint and fabric conditioning To me the main thing is getting a car you love, and to do that you need to have a good selection of reasonably priced vehicles.
