What Others Say

We had our daughter's car there for routine maintenance. Which they always do a great job at. On our way to pick up her car, we noticed my wife's Jeep had a flat tire. In the middle of their busy day, they worked us in and plugged the tire for us. We are very grateful and always appreciate all they do.

The service department was excellent as always. They always treat me with Courtesy and respect and go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. My hats off to Marco who goes above and beyond to ensure Im taken care of. Highly recommend Criswell to Service anyones Dodge, Jeep or Ram needs.

They were timely, friendly, and communicative. They bent over backwards to take care of my needs. I would use them again.

Great customer service, diagnostic of issue, and timeliness of repairs. I like that the technicians are Jeep certified.

Richard & Marco in service was very informative on status of our vehicle, excellent work & service!

Courteous and professional It was a great experience until the very end when two people I had never met (used car manager and general manager) got involved. Literally, almost walked away from the deal. If they are to be involved and have final say on certain aspects of the deal they need to be introduced earlier with an explanation of roles and what they are going to add to the process .
