This past week we bought a late-model used car at Napleton Subaru in Palatine for our college-age daughter. We like Subarus because they are highly rated in terms of safety. We want to give a shout out to Dan Garcia, the sales rep we worked with, and Perry Kahkesh, who did the financing for us. Both are worthy of five stars (out of five!). We were treated courteously and professionally every minute of our visit. Dan took into consideration every concern we had, especially those of our daughter. We highly recommend Napleton Subaru in Palatine!

On my last visit Elena Rojas was so pleasant, helpful and thorough! All the staff are friendly and always greet everyone with smile.

The work asked for was done correctly. However, when my husband picked up the car the headlights were moved from auto on to off. The seat settings were no longer set to our preferences. I do not understand why either of these settings needed to be changed by the technicians. The work was concerning a tsps warning light and spark plugs. Please let your techs know to leave the personal settings alone next time!
