I like the VolkswagenSevice from this place , the advisor very kind very nice. They try to help you as much as they can. I recommend this place.
Brought my car in short notice for reprograming my car and key ( had to get towed in) i ask if they could get it done by the time i needed it..and they did it!
Dealership is Under New Management and I'm impressed so far. Krystal was my service rep and she was very attentive friendly and kept me well informed of the time frame involved in my service

Convenient close long waiting in service area and bad communication customer service in service department is not great
