Chris in service did a great job keeping me informed and came to find me while Mark was letting me know my options for a possible Hybrid. If I did change my vehicle, it would only be with Mark!!

Phillip was great to work with! He made the process enjoyable. One thing I really didn't like was "Holly Harris." I felt stupid once I realized it was AI. You should be upfront about it, otherwise it feels like you're getting duped. The timing of some of "Holly 's" messages were off and it made me angry once I realized she wasn't a real person from the dealership.

Wonderful staff that’s friendly and accommodating. My time was important so I did everything over text with Phillip. Once the finance part was mostly complete, I came in with my family to test drive the vehicle and finish signing paperworks with Jennifer. She was thorough, kind and so easy to work with. We had a great and memorable experience buying our first Subaru but also first new vehicle!
