The process of buying a car was great. The sales associate was welcoming and answered all my questions and concerns.

When I needed to get my car, a Subaru representative was to get me in the same day. Keshawn was the service person who helped me and gave me an estimate. Both representatives of Subaru were both friendly and courteous.

I felt more comfortable here than any other dealership I went to that day. The staff had advice that showed they cared whether I ended up in the right car for me and not just the most expensive car. They respected all of my decisions and answered all my questions. Carlos and Angel are the reason I came back!

It was a fantastic customer experience. It felt warm and welcoming compared to Luther which we had visited earlier that day. We were planning to buy one we found online from them and decided to see if anything else was available in the cities. We found on at Walser and were taking about a guardian "Angel" (who we spoke with before going that way) and going the car was going to be good. We felt it right away that this was a very place to do business.
