Always friendly and good service did a great job on my leather seat which was replaced
I have had repeated bad experiences since the previous service advisor left. I would have to right a book. I am not going to do that I will take my complaints up with Ford Customer care and if they do something great if they do nothing I will understand why Ford is where it is today.
They were good to deal with and perform the work as they said they would.
