I brought the car in for an oil change and thank God I did. They found a bubble on the Tire and informed me of it. We averted a big problem and I changed the tires. Thank God, I took it to the dealer and they fixed the light on the dash no problem.

After a disappointing experience at my local Audi dealer in CT, I contacted Joe about a car I found on their lot. Joe was extremely responsive, clear, and easy to work with. The purchase process was smooth despite being a couple states away and I got a competitive price right away. Jennifer was very helpful in patiently reviewing all the questions I had on the paperwork and was not overly pushy on the "extras". There was a hiccup with the shipping company they selected becoming unresponsive, but I will not dock them a star as that is not their fault! I arranged my own truck and Joe was there to take photos and videos of it loading. I would shop with this dealer again if I am in the market for another Audi in the future.

Brian is friendly and informative. He accepted the car before service and facilitated the coordination for the loaner. At pick up he explained the servicing appropriately and so the details could be understood. He had nothing to do with the video but it was difficult to understand. It was just quick comments but I understand the positive intentions. Whoever provides the video may want to consider a little slower version of explaining.
