My experiences with Audi Wyoming Valley are always pleasant. Very professional and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and can answer my questions clearly and accurately.
As always, we had been greeting immediately upon arrival. Service went well. Did have a vehicle given by service for to use. Unfortunately, the car wash was disappointing.
My car was towed in from the highway and Joe quickly diagnosed the issue. It needs a major repair so I had the car towed to my local dealer since I will need a loaner car for a quite a while the work is being done since I live 90 miles away in NJ. Incident happened as I was driving to visit my granddaughter in Rochester area.
Easy car buying experience. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Very pleased.
