Scheduled an appointment for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Michael Stewart and he suggested, if at all possible, to be there when the Service Dept opened at 7:00a. Great call, in and out the door in 2 hours for a malfunctioning "Start/Stop" system. Turned out to be a failed auxiliary battery located under the passenger's side seat.
