What Others Say

The best service Separtment in Atlanta! Mike Stewart is just amazing. He is so informative and on top of your vehicle. And their mechanics are the best!

Woodstock Jeep and in particular Michael Stewart got us back on the road quickly. The problem with the vehicle was identified and corrected. We were 1,000 miles from home and they treated us like family.

Very professional and was treated great. Will go again for my other services coming up.

Great to work with on the extended warranty on my Jeep. Quick analysis and got approval for the repairs equally as fast. Kept me informed during the repair.

This time Service above and beyond the call of duty! My Ram 3500 has two batteries and they died after 5 years. It was 5pm when I called but I didn’t get there until 6pm but a couple of techs stayed and took care of it in less than an hour! I gave them a good “tip”! 😉

Went in for a routine oil change. They call me back to the desk to ask for approval for the recommended cabin filter change. I thought this was weird since I personally changed it out 2 weeks prior. I asked to see the filter and he pulled out a nasty filter. When I told him it had just been recently changed and asked what that filter was, he THEN told me that was what a dirty filter looked like and it was not my actual filter. I complained to customer service about the interaction and she indicated she would reach out to the GM. Edit- after posting this, the GM reached out to me and said he was never made aware of the situation. He investigated the situation and assured me he put measures in place to prevent this from happening again. After talking with Michael, I am comfortable continuing to give the dealership my business. I was impressed with his responsiveness and how he handled it once he was actually made aware of the situation.
