I brought my car in for a oil change and for them to check the undercarriage I received a video showing the walk around. which is great. However, the undercarriage is still rattling like nothing was done and I was just sent on my way. when I got the keys Brandon was not there and another adviser called him. he said they tighten the undercarriage but there is now way with how much rattling it is doing. It would have been nice to of had a face to face conversation. i understand lunches and everything else but other advisers should have been updated instead of acting dumb founded with no clue,
