The best car repair/maintenance experience I have ever had! Scheduling was very easy, and the service rep was polite, professional and very well-informed. The oil change and tire rotation were completed in less time than estimated, and finally the video highlights of the services performed and the maintenance checks done exceeded any information I have ever received from anyone doing repairs or maintenance on one of my vehicles. Very impressive and exhaustively detailed! I have never gone back to a dealership for an oil change after using up the free ones offered as part of the purchase of a vehicle, but I will continue to return to Subaru of North Tampa for all repair and maintenance work in the future.
