ATTENTION++Benji Auto sales did a fraudulent sales, used my info to qualify some one I don't know, without my consent. Sold with out original required documentations, licence, social, 2 forms of ID.Noticed due to several toll violations started coming to my house. Not sure how they got my info. Be ware, you could be next, do not buy at Benji Auto sales

Traded a kia in for an alfa June 12. It took about 2 weeks to get delivered. They lied said free shipping was charged over $1200. Also my temporary tag has expired now, no title. No response from dealership. So I'm not able to drive new one til they decide to get off theor a$$ and do something. Also the trade in has not been paid off so now my credit union has all my accounts frozen. It was for sale on theor site and sold already so I assume whomever bought it will also have issues getting title since it's not been paid off in almost 2 months. I have contacted tasted attorney general in florida over this and filed complaint. I advise anyone whom has issues with them to do the same thing. This is completely ridiculous. Attorney general will give a list of other places to make complaints as well florida dept safety, FTC consumer complaints, and orange co consumer protection.

Worst place ever to purchase a car from! I purchased a Mercedes Gla250 2015, drove good for about 4-5 weeks, now all of a sudden all lights on in the car, took to the car to a mechanic how about it’s a bad transmission!! They knew this car was bad from the jump! Don’t waste your money! I just wished i would have looked at the reviews before i purchased.

I bought a 2022 Tesla model 3 long from Benji auto sales. They delivered the car without a temporary tag, it took dealership 2 weeks to send me temporary tag. After receiving the tag I couldn’t charge the Tesla because need a software update. I went to Tesla dealership in Memphis TN , give them the VIN number found out the car was salvaged and Tesla said it is not safe to drive. I came home and googled the VIN number found out car was salvaged. Call the dealership send them all the pictures and information they didn't answer my call and they didn’t respond to my emails. These people are crooks untrustworthy and if you asking me they are criminals.

This is one of the most worst experiences that ive ever had with a dealarship don't ever go here! I bought my first car from here 80,000 miles 2018 nissan and it was perfectly fine till we brought it home then the AC stopped working, took them forever to fix it, then my car started smoking once I got it back and it wouldn't drive, I had to pay myself to get it towed there and they had my car for 2 months and i still had to pay for it whole they were supposedly fixing it mind you they said they would send me a check for the $$ owed (I never got it)! When I finally got my car back after 2 months It cam eback with a big DENT AND SCRATCH in the back of the car no apolgies or rembursment for that either, and last but not least David committed insurance fruad under our name and had me driving wihtout being covered!!
