Even though I was just there for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall, the service department listened to my concerns and checked everything out. I was treated respectfully and I appreciated the video they sent of the service. I just wished they called or texted me when my car was ready for pickup.

On May 20, 2026 on the way from Northern to Southern California, my tire pressure light came on 20 miles north of Bakersfield. I found VW Bakersfield and was helped by Erick Bejarano. He understood my situation, got the problem addressed quickly and got me on my way. This is first rate customer service when a customer needs it the most and is much appreciated.
