As a new client, I so far have complete confidence with their service department. However, it does seem to be most difficult to test drive a vehicle. I had to purchase one out-of-state to do my own test drive.
The ONLY place that I trust with my ROLLS ROYCE CULLINAN with the custom wrap!! Chris is the best service advisor in the world.

Don't walk, run from this dealership. I ordered a new Mclaren 4 months back and provided a good faith deposit for the order. The only document I signed was the build sheet. I reached out about a month prior to the car coming in to inform them that I couldn't take delivery and this is where things turned worse. The manager and owner refused to refund my $10k deposit as they said I signed other documents that they can't produce. Customer service has been atrocious, their responses are short and aggressive, and they are trying to hold my $10k hostage. One would expect more honesty from a high-end dealership like this.
