I have bought about 75 new cars during my lifetime and Jaguar Newport Beach is the classiest dealership I've ever entered. The minute you enter the showroom you know you are in a class act establishment. I feel with all my purchases I've learned to negoiate to my advantage. The sales personnel dealt with my aggressiveness and treated me with professionalism and politeness. My salesman, Shahin, did his best to please me, and when something was questionable he introduced me to the sales manager, Tim. He was also polite and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The car I bought had a minor flqa in the paint and Tim assured me it would be pristine when I picked it up, and it was. Nate, in finance, was alo professional and polite and did not pressure me to purchase add ons like most finance personnel in many of my other purcahses. After the car paint was completed and I picked the car up, Omar went over the car to explain how everything worked. He even offered to drive to my home, which is 25 miles or more from the dealership, to assist me if I had any other concerns. I did contact him by phone a few days later when I got home and he explained my concern over the phone and all was good. This is a top notch dealership with great personnel.
