Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Found the vehicle online that I wanted and made the decision to buy it. I bought the vehicle on Monday and it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. But then two days later I was told upon the final inspection that they found some damage to the vehicle. But was told not to worry they would take care of it and they did take care of it but not completely. Because the vehicle showed up with damage. And then at that time the dealer told me that they will repair it if I brought it to him and I did but the body shop manager was not prepared to do what the sales manager told me. So I left the car and was told that I would get it back that day for the last I got a phone call saying the parts would not be until the next day. So they told me to go back to Cleveland and I could get the car the next day well I made the decision to get my car and take it home. So the part was supposed to be in last Thursday now it's Monday and I got to call at the parts in and my car still not fixed. Oh did I mention that I got the payment book before I got the vehicle. I started this purchase on July 20th and today is August 29th and I still don't have satisfaction. Once again let me tell you the purchase from Cochran was the worst vehicle purchase I've made my 68 years of life. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And my next step is to contact the better Business bureau and the Pennsylvania attorney general. Okay thanks so much for listening have a great day
