This was the best car-buying experience I've ever had in 30 years. Drew clearly loves what he does and was focused on helping me find a replacement car for my son. No pressure, and a clear process with integrity and transparency from start to finish. There was a simple ground wire issue the next day, and he literally drove out to my son's college campus to see what the issue was and fixed it on the spot. Who gives that kind of service?? There IS a way to buy a higher-mileage car without getting scammed. My next car will be from Pella Cars too.

I wish I had started my search with Pella Cars. First, it is not a typical car dealer. The owner, Drew, creates video walk-around videos of the cars. He is very upfront with the potential issues with the car and also shows underneath. I recognize this is because a lot of sales may be through YouTube. However, it was great because I was local and I knew what I was going to see when I got there for a test drive. Drew was very accommodating for the time to come in for the test drive. He could not have been more helpful and friendlier. I felt very comfortable looking at the car I was interested in. There was no pressure on me to decide and Drew was very good about answering any questions. I would not hesitate to return there in the future.

Very prompt to respond to all correspondence. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles for sale. I have only had the car two days, but appears to be very reliable. The car was as advertised and drew was great through the whole process. I have already recommended him to friends.

Just bought a 05 prius and had a great experience. Drew is honest and upfront about what's wrong, what needs to be addressed, and what to look out keep in mind for any other future issues that may occur. He is extremely knowledgeable and will explain everything that you'll need to know. Also took the time to replace a few items and did and extra cleaning until I was ready to come pick up the car. In the future when I'll need another, I'll call Drew first.
