Josh was absolutely amazing to work with. I went in there with my daughter on a Thursday afternoon to make sure my wife would be able to comfortably see over the dash of the car. I had zero intent to purchase a car that day and felt zero pressure whatsoever. I was provided a ton of information and had demonstrations on the XC40s features. I told him I would be back Saturday with my wife. Again zero pressure. We found a car that night and made an appointment Saturday to come in and buy it. We showed up, the car was everything we wanted and more. Signed papers and made the deal, fast and easy, no extra unreasonable add ons. Just simple business. We had some errands to run after and didn’t want to take 2 cars. Josh drove our new car over 50 miles one way to deliver it to our home. Never had I had that kind of service buying another car. I will absolutely go see Josh for our next car.
