Normally I hate car paperwork, but here it flowed smooth—test drive, sign, keys in hand before I even realized. All done with humor, no stiff faces. Respect.
I only came in to test drive an Outlander, but you could tell it was her car. The manager Luis noticed too. They synced my phone, set up Bluetooth, and had everything wrapped up the same day. Little touches like that matter.
