Although we did not have an appointment, my wife and I drove each of our vehicles to Norm Reeves Honda for initial servicing, as we purchased them there recently. Response was quick and thorough and they handle each item that we described. They provided us transportation to and front during the inspection and maintenance. They even washed our vehicles. We’re very grateful.
Jason was super helpful as well as the rest of the staff at norm reeves. He was very nice and explained all my options in vivid detail. Stephen in finance was very helpful too and got me in and out very quickly

Friendly and got the job done. They checked my tires for any nails and determined the low air pressure was due to a drop in the outdoor temperature.
