They did an excellent job on the servicing but a poor job of communicating the time frame for online appointments. Meaning when I made the appointment online, I should have been called and verified the estimated wait time so I could change the appointment. As it is I spent 7 hours at the dealership waiting.
Very helpful and explained everything being done. Didn’t try to sell unnecessary things that didn’t need to be done.
My service guy, Maui, was very helpful. He relayed updates as he heard them, which i appreciated very much. He stayed a little later than usual to let me pickup my vehicle, which most would not do. All in all, I’ve had a great experience with the service dept. thank you

The staff here is incredible and very helpful. I wouldn’t want to buy a car anywhere else .
Perfect! My Ram truck is well cared for. I travel 60 miles each time I visit Hanlee's, past several other Ram dealers just to get care at Hanlee's.
