What Others Say

Always great experience and great service. Just wish you’d ask about window sticker before cleanup trashes them. We always want ours and didn’t get them on the 3 vehicles we have purchased. Other new vehicles we have purchased at other dealerships, the window sticker has always been in glove compartment. Just a suggestion. Just a suggestion.

I live in Florida but bought my truck at this dealership. I have a condo in the local area. The service department and sales staff are the BEST that I have encountered in my 79 years. Never high pressure. Service personnel always advise why they recommend certain things for your truck. I trust this service department and hold the dealership in the highest regard.

I have attempted to work with this dealership three times and purchased two vehicles from Mcsweeney. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the salesman, including Brannon. He was a great help and was very professional. The issue always comes with the sales manager. I've had a sales manager not want to place an order for a factory build that forced me to go to another dealership. Then in my latest experience, I'm informed that the dealership has quit giving free oil changes with a purchased vehicle because it's "too expensive." Most meaningful customer loyalty programs are expensive. But setting yourself, as a dealership, apart with customer perks should be paramount. Seemed like a cheap way to cut corners when you have a method to keep customers coming back and show how important a customer is.

Excellent dealership from Workmanship to Customer Service,to Management. Mcsweeney makes you feel like part of a big family

Very fast and courteous service. As always it’s a breeze dealing with the service team. Always feel taken care of.
