Excellent experience with Volkswagen Duluth. Best buying experience we’ve had. The only thing that I’d change is the common sitting area isn’t very private for discussions. I get it if you’re trying to go for a more casual vibe. I prefer more privacy when discussing financial matters.

Today I left the dealership happy. The EPC LIGHT would come on about every 100 miles, so I asked Dan the service mgr, and he said to bring it in when the light is on, but living 64 miles away I couldn’t go that far, so I brought it in for a diagnostic. Dan said it was the fuel injector harness and was covered by warranty, but didn’t have the parts so I went back a week later and they fixed it in two hours. Hurrah.Great job guys! VW Duluth rocks! Quality service, provided excellent diagnostics in a timely manner, and they use a great method for showing you your entire diagnosis. Useful for people to see “in real time” via the video recordings their issues present and a description of solutions. Would recommend.
