They will say or do anything to get the sale but after that they don't to hear from you. Need service, be prepared to wait for a week or two. That's where they get you, you will get bills for weeks after the purchase and end up with extended warranties you didn't want. Everything eventually worked out fine. generally stick with the rule of buying the brand you want from a franchise dealer tat sells speciically that brand and you shouldn't have a problem.
