I have had an excellent experience with the service department. I recently had my first service on the 2017 Lexus GS 350. Nina was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. My history goes back to 2007 with a purchase of a 1993 LS400 from Adam who now is at the Auto Mall.
Very professional, courteous salesman. No haggling with a reasonable trade in offer. Pleasant finance presentation with no pressure.
Beautiful building and gorgeous waterfall welcomes you. The staff is friendly and pleasant. My sales person Todd was knowledgeable and prepared. The lease transaction was effortless. I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffe and a treat. But above it all is Ken Demsky, the GM of the dealership. His pleasant and caring demeanor for the customers is in his warm handshake and smile. I live in Queen Creek and have dealerships much close than Lexus of Tucson, but I would gladly make the two hour drive again and again.

Lou does not represent the level of service I've experienced at Lexus Speedway in the past. He questioned that validity of an ongoing issue I've had with Carplay (Siri goes into a loop when I try to send a text) because he'd never heard of it. He then suggested that I should call Lexus Corporate and complain. After I got my car back, one of the door lock features wasn't working the same and when he tried to talk me through it, he became rude and suggested I bring the car back in. (A friend later told me how to fix it myself.) After another friend recommended her service advisor at Lexus Auto Mall, I schedule a visit and they ultimately resolved the Siri issue -- after I'd been told repeatedly by your IT advisor that it was an ongoing problem that Lexus was working on. Yes, it was a Lexus software issue which the Auto Mall techs were able to fix.
Todd was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and could not have been more accommodating and personable. Very low pressure and available to always answer questions and concerns. Todd was one of the finest sales consultants that I have experienced in over 60 car purchases throughout my car buying history spanning over 55 years. We were looking for a specific model, color and options for our new Lexus ES300h and it was not available at the dealership. Todd found the car we were looking for at a Lexus dealership in Phoenix and made the arrangements for it to be shipped to Tucson and he remained focused on our needs and the delivery of the vehicle throughout the sales process. Just a really great person and so easy to work with and no detail was overlooked by him. Highly recommend him if you want things to go perfectly in your purchase experience.
