What Others Say

Valeria treated me with courtesy and professionalism. She had the car I was interested prepped and ready for evaluations per my requests. I was able to fully inspect, drive and test all functions of the vehicle with being disturbed. Well done, Valeria.

Update on my experience with this dealer: yesterday, I called and left a message with the dealer to let them know of the transmission issues my wife and I experienced just 9 days after purchase. I told them that this is likely going to be a multi-thousand dollar repair and offered them the opportunity to make right the apparent wrong they committed in selling my wife a vehicle with a faulty transmission, whether through us towing them the vehicle to have their preferred repair shop take a look at it and address it or to help us with the repair costs. As of today, I have not heard back from the dealer and I got a call from AAMCO who I had take a look at the transmission and they're saying that it's failing and needs to be replaced. Repair costs will run $2,250 in labor and, as of now, an undetermined amount for the cost of a refurbished transmission (likely $3,000+). My wife and I got 9 days and roughly 500 miles (100 of which were from just driving the vehicle home from the dealership) of use out of this $13.5k car before the transmission failed. This car was intended to be our family vehicle to drive our infant baby and 9 year old. Shame on this dealer and the staff for selling my wife this lemon and not getting back to us.

Purchased the vehicle and today (day 9 of ownership) and a bunch of warning lights come on and a VSC System (traction) warning triggered “limp mode” on the van. All signs pointing to transmission failure. Very shady dealer.

Professional, accommodating, courteous patient and patient. Friendly and low pressure environment. Ask for Mark. Highly recommend!
